Return Policy

Face Masks have no exchange or no refund policy because of the nature of the products and hygienic reasons. Coming to the PPE kits and other products as long as it’s not opened/nor utilized, you have 07-10 of days to return the product from the date that you purchase it.
To return the product you must be eligible here at business name, the product you purchased should be its original packing, and must be unused, as well as in a similar condition as when you bought it from us.
Should be ready with original receipt upon our executive arrival. We require purchase proof to be eligible for a return

Refunds

Once we have received your product, we will tell you that we’ve gotten it and that we are assessing if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. As soon as we finish the evaluation process; we will let you know the status of your refund.
After approval of your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. The refund will be credited to your bank account in 5-7 business days, depending upon your card issuer’s policy

Product Cancellation

Changing/Canceling Your Order: Due to our size and effective satisfaction, we move pretty quickly, so we can’t ensure that your request can be canceled or modified after it has been put. You may get in touch with us as quickly as possible to check whether your request has just begun to be processed. If it has not, we will gladly make changes to it inside 24 hours.
